How is this different from a detox?

A detox program is generally a very restrictive program that cuts out a bunch of things to “clean up” your system. While we will be cleaning things up, we won’t be cutting out certain food groups.

We will, however, be limiting our consumption of certain items, like sugar, but this is by no means a restrictive, 8-week program. We will take it step-by-step, bringing awareness to things that don’t serve us well, while focusing on foods that support & nourish our well-being.

What topics are covered in the Reset?

As a holistic nutrition therapist, I look at the big picture of wellness, not just one targeted area. This is exactly what Falling into Balance does, too. Over the next 8 weeks, we will cover:

Still have questions?

  • Because this is mostly self-led, I have tried to keep pricing low, while still honoring the amount of information that will be provided! The early bird pricing of $50 off brings the enrollment price to $349. On September 1st, pricing will increase to $399.

  • Yes, there will be weekly opportunities to meet in person to ask questions and dive deeper into some of the material & topics.

  • This is a little bit of a tricky question. It depends on whether you read through everything in the portal, prep & cook new recipes, and attend the in-person events. My best guess would be 1-3 hours, depending on how involved you are in the process! Except for the in-person hours, which are optional, everything else is self-led, so it really can be taken at your own pace.

  • No. As a holistic nutrition therapist, I look at more than just the food we eat (although food is a big piece of the puzzle!). This program will also offer tips on supporting stress, sleep, movement, hydration, and more.

  • Part of a wellness reset includes being intentional about your choices. I specifically chose to start Falling into Balance on September 15th in order for it to end the week of November 3rd. Before you pull out your calendar 😉, Thanksgiving is November 27th this year, giving you nearly a month to put what you’ve learned from the reset into practice!
