Sustainable Nutrition is about more than just your diet.

Nutrition is my focus, especially nutrition that can be sustained long term. However, I am also passionate about living a sustainable lifestyle in more ways than just food. From where we get our food to how we store it, to products I use on myself and my kids, to reducing our exposure to PFAS and forever chemicals, I try to do my part for the well-being of my family and our planet. This is still very much a learning process for me, but I feel strongly about the health of our children and ourselves and want to share what I learn along the way.

I’m far from an expert in this topic, so what I post on this page is just scratching the surface of what I am learning myself. And just like nutrition, sustainability is constantly changing and evolving as we learn more, study more and report more.

If sustainability beyond your diet isn’t quite your thing just yet, then check out the Blog for dedicated health and nutrition posts. I’d still encourage you to check back here often though, something may catch your eye and inspire you to make a small change here and there. After all, small changes are what lead to a bigger and lasting impact.

Favorite products.

Over the years I have swapped out a lot of items, ranging from cleaning products to food storage, for more sustainable options. These are some of my favorite products for the kitchen, home and beyond.

Becoming more sustainable.
