Golden Milk
Golden milk — also known as turmeric milk — is a warm, soothing, anti-inflammatory drink that supports relaxation, digestion, and hormone balance. For women navigating stress, perimenopause, or restless nights, this calming blend of turmeric, cinnamon, and coconut milk can help ease inflammation and prepare your body for restorative sleep.
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk (I like Califia Organic)
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger
1/16 tsp cardamom
1/16 tsp allspice
1/16 tsp coriander
Pinch of black pepper & salt
1/4-1/2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a pot and simmer on low for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
