Golden Glow Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

  • 2-3 handfuls baby spinach

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ⅓ cup frozen pineapple

  • Juice of 1 small or ½ medium orange

  • ¼ avocado

  • 1" piece of ginger, peeled

  • ½” piece of turmeric, peeled

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • Pinch cayenne

Instructions

  1. Add water, spinach, and chia seeds to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
